4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay).
• Refunds may be issued under specific circumstances within the first 7 days of enrollment.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, text, images, videos, and branding are the property of exceed or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

exceed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We make no guarantees about job placement, success, or specific outcomes from taking a course.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled in the competent courts of Manipur, India.
